“Justice is an inalienable right, compensation is an obligation that cannot be forgotten, and accountability is inevitably coming.”
Great Sudanese people,
Free people of the world and living consciences,
In light of the ongoing Sudanese tragedy since the outbreak of the war—where the Sudanese people have been subjected to the most heinous atrocities and violations—we hereby announce the launch of the **official website and application for the victims and those affected by the Sudan war**, dedicated to documenting violations, pursuing justice, restoring rights, and representing victims before all legal and international platforms.
Our people have endured:
* **Massive human losses:** including mass killings, rape, displacement, torture, and forced migration.
* **Widespread destruction of infrastructure and property:** homes, markets, schools, hospitals, mosques, churches, and more.
* **Psychological, social, and moral losses** beyond measure.
* **International and local neglect** and a grave failure by institutions whose duty was to protect civilians.
Therefore, we declare clearly and unequivocally:
1. **Rights do not expire with time**, nor will they be erased by complicity or neglect.
2. **Justice will reach everyone** who participated in, ordered, enabled, or failed in their duty to protect civilians—regardless of their position or status.
3. **Material and moral compensation** is a core pillar of this committee’s work and will not be subject to bargaining or political settlements.
The committee also affirms:
* Opening official channels to **document violations and damages**, inside and outside Sudan.
* Preparing **comprehensive legal case files** in cooperation with lawyers and international experts, in preparation for filing lawsuits before competent courts.
* Engaging with **relevant international bodies**, including the International Criminal Court and UN special mechanisms.
* Working toward the establishment of a **support fund for victims and those affected**.
* Launching an **international media and human rights campaign** to shed light on the victims’ suffering.
**In conclusion:**
There can be no just peace without comprehensive justice,
no stable future without holding perpetrators accountable,
and no restored dignity without returning rights to their rightful owners.
We are the voice of the victims and the conscience of this wounded nation,
and we will continue to demand justice until it is achieved.
**Justice first,
Compensation is a right,
And accountability is coming.**
With sincere respect.
